WHEREAS, the Office of the Corporation Counsel has certified
in writing that it is in doubt as to who is entitled to an
award of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) , approved November 16,
1954, by Council File No. 170887, for the taking of the
following:
An easement for the purpose of constructing and
maintaining a public sewer on, under and across
the westerly thirty feet of Lots 12 and 27, Block
8, Morton' s Addition to the City of St. Paul.
Also an easement for construction purposes only
Block 8 on the east ten feet of Lots 11 and 28 and the east 10 feet of Lots
12 and 27/ & the c ten feet of Lots 13 and 26, Block 8, Morton's
Addition to the City of St. Paul, according to the
plat thereof on file and of record in the office
of the Register of Deeds in and for said County
and State;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a warrant be drawn for said sum, payable to
the Clerk of the District Court of Ramsey County: for the party
or parties entitled thereto.
