To th , Honorable Council of
the City of Saint Paul
The undersigned corporation requests the
right to move its On-Sale Liquor License together with
accompanying licenses, from 645 Selby Avenue, r;t. Paul ,
Minnesota, to 2606 W. 7th Street, St. Paul , Minnesota.
We also wish to advise your honorable body
of the change of situation in the corporation. Up to
the present time The Waltz Corporation was owned 50%
by Walter Matlinsky and 50% by Beverly Waltz. (in the
13th day of August , 1956, Beverly Waltz made an agree-
ment with Walter Matlinsky whereby she sold her remain-
ing 50% of the stock in the corporation to Walter Mat-
linsky but the entire 100% of the stock is pledged to
Beverly Waltz to secure the payment of a note in the
sum of $7500.00 payable to her.
Beverly Waltz will have no voice or any-
thing to do with the operation of the business or the
corporation.
All of the stock in the corporation is
now owned by Walter Matlinsky subject only to the
foregoing pledge agreement.
The new officers of the corporation are:
Walter Matlinsky President
Julius Matlinsky Vice-President
Sophie Matlinsky Secretary-Treasurer
Julius Matlinsky and Sophie Matlinsky have no stock or
financial interest in the corporation except as officers
and directors.
