RESOLVED, That the Council he - sy approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessary
for and reasonably incidental to the installation of approximately 10,100 square yards
of bituminous surfacing located at the East and West Sides of Lake Como, Saint Paul,
Minnesota to ST. PAUL SHEET ASPHALT COMPANY, in accordance with City- plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #5995 of said St. Paul Sheet Asphalt Company,
® $1.20 per square yard making total amount of contract approximately $12,120.00, such bid
being the lowest and St. Paul Sheet Asphalt Company being the lowest reliable and
reasonable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the
proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
