RESOLVED, That the Council - eby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and here.y awards contract for Oil Treatment for
approximately 8010 square yards of Concrete on the Wabasha Street Bridge
and miscellaneous sidewalk and curb areas, to PEDERSON BROS. in accordance
with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid #5981 of said Pederson Bros @ 14.1/2¢ per square yard, making
total amount of contract $1161.45 (Engineer reserving the right to increase
or decrease the area additional to. the Wabasha Bridge by 25% at the contract
price bid) such bid being the only one and said Pederson Bros. being
reasonable and reliable bidders and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper
City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of
the City of St. Paul.
