RESOLVED, that the old open coal storage sheds of frame
construction, approximately 366 feet long by 28 feet wide by
16 feet high, located on the west side of Rice Street between
the Great Northern Tracks and Lafond Avenue, in the City of
Saint Paul, also described as "subject to widened Rice Street
and except Ry. R/W, the East 160 feet of North 710 feet of NE4
of Section 36, Township 29, Range 23; according to the plat
thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Ramsey County, Minnesota, were and are, by reason of their structural
condition, unsafe and dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property;
that said structures are incapable of reasonable repair, replacement
or remodeling so as to make the same reasonably safe, and should be
wrecked and removed from said land; and it is ordered that said
structures be forthwith wrecked and removed from said land by and at
the separate cost and expense of the owner, occupant, or other person
in control thereof.
