Resolution Ratifying Assessment
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing a sewer from Atlantic Street to 265 feet west of Atlantic Street in a 10 ft.
wide easement across Lot 3, Lake Residences, the center line of said easement being
described as follows: A line 15 ft. south of and parallel to the north line of Lot 3,
Lake Residences, said line extending from Atlantic Street to a point 275 feet west of
Atlantic Street,
under Preliminary Order 173963 , Intermediary Order 17k517 , Final Order a.7ka Q
approved September 6 19.55..
A public hearing having been had upon the assessment for the above improvement, and said assessment
having been further considered by the'Council, and having been considered finally satisfactory, be it therefore
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, and the same
is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court of the County of Ramsey for confirmation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and it is hereby determined to be payable
in equal installments.

In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing a sewer from Atlantic Street to 265 feet west of Atlantic Street in a
10 ft. wide easement across Lot 3, Lake Residences, the center line of said easement
being described as follows: A line 15 ft. south of and parallel to the north line of
Lot 3, Lake Residences, said line extending from Atlantic Street to a point 275 feet
west of Atlantic Street,
under Preliminary Order 173963 , approved duly 1, 1955
Intermediary Order 171+517 , approved August 9, 1955
Final Order 174880 _, approved September 6, 1955
To the Council of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Finance hereby reports to the Council the following as a statement of the ex-
penditures necessarily incurred for and in connection with the making of the above improvement, viz:
Cost of construction. $ 1,551.51
Engineering $ 124-.12
Inspection fees $ 31.03
Postal cards. $ 0.18
Publications $ 1.35 _
Court costs for confirmation $ 0.45
Total expenditures $ 1,708.64
Said Commissioner further reports that he has assessed and levied the total amount as above ascer-
tained, to-wit: the sum of $ 1,708.61+ upon each and every lot, part or parcel of land deemed
benefited by the said improvement, and in the case of each lot, part or parcel of land in accordance with
the benefits conferred thereon; that the said assessment has been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the signature of the said Commissioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as
completed by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be
considered proper.
