RESOLVED, that Gene Chalfen be permitted to install
and operate a public parking lot on the south side of
Fourth Street between Robert and Jackson Streets, on
Lot 4, Block 26, St. Paul Prpper, in accordance with
applicantts plans approved October 4, 1956, subject to
compliance with the provisions of all ordinances governing
the operation of parking lots, and subject further to the
condition that sidewalks abutting said premises be kept
clean and free of ice and snow at all times.
