As a result of ihis study Human Resources recommends that the classification be moved to St. Paul Supervisors Organization salary schednle 09 grade level 18, St. Paul Supervisors Organization was notified of the change and [hey had no objections. Advantages If Approved; The individuals in this classification will be able to perform the duries and responsibilities of the classification and will be ' appropriately compensatad. . Disadvantages If Approved: None. Disadvantages If Not Approved: Employees in this classification wouLd not be appropriately compensated.
