In the matter of the grading, improvement and paving of
Kasota Avenue from Raymond Avenue to the West City Limits, under
Preliminary Order C. F. 176967 approved March 1, 1956 be it
RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and
he is hereby authorized and instructed to proceed with City Forces
to perform preliminary work on Kasota Avenue preparatory to paving,
which work is of a miscellaneous nature and impracticable to
contract, said work including stabilized gravel, guard rails,
stone screenings, and the mixing in place of temporary surface
being estimated to cost $5,500 and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the aforesaid amount of $5,500 be
charged to Fund Code No. 31-El. --- —
