WHEREAS, AD' S which might prove to be necessary
in the improvement described as Sewer Service connections on
Maryland Avenue from Western Avenue to E. Como Blvd. ,
Comptroller's contract L-5654-3, Avoles Contracting Company,
contractor, have been provided for in the specifications at unit
prices stipulated herein, and
WHEREAS, i'1r has been found necessary to make the following
Additions :
ADDITIONS
4 Sewer Service connections @ $210.00 $840.00
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council
approves the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the spec-
ifications in the sum of $840,00, said sum to be added to the
lump sum consideration named in the contract, known as Comp-
troller's Contract L-5654-3, for the making of the above
improvement.
THE Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above
named contractor that the sum of $840.00 is the correct amount
to be added to the above contract.
