H. The property is described as the West 30' of the east 85' of Lot 4, Block 22, E. H. Hawkes Subdivision to Winslows Division tothe town of St. Paul, Minnesota tdrritory. This house is in a deteriorated condition. Dangerous to life and limb and adjoining property. The lot size is 30' wide and less than 60' long. Two Danger Notices have been posted and the last. known record owner is George A. and Barbara Meyers, 419 Superior Street.
