RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the
Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall, in said City, at ten o'clock
A. M. on the 30th day of October 1956, upon the advisability
and necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or wreck-
ing and removal of the single family fi me dwelling on the west
30 feet of the east 85 feet of Lot 4, Block 22, E. H. Hawke's
subdivision to Winslow' s addition to the Town of St. Paul,
Minnesota Territory, according to the plat thereof recorded in
theoffice of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
also described as 419 Superior Street, because said structure is
reported to be dangerous and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining
property.

Dear Council Members :
We are asking your assistance in condemning the frame
single family dwelling 36 by 22 by 25 feet, has six
rooms and a partial basement. The property is described
as the West 30' of the east 85' of Lot 4, Block 22, E. H.
Hawkes Subdivision to Winslows Division tothe town of
St. Paul, Minnesota tdrritory.
This house is in a deteriorated condition. Dangerous to
life and limb and adjoining property. The lot size is 30'
wide and less than 60' long. Two Danger Notices have
been posted and the last. known record owner is George A.
and Barbara Meyers, 419 Superior Street.
Please set a hearing date in accordance with Section 107.2
of the building code outlining condemnation proceedings.
