O City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #5966 of
said Fielding & Shepley, Inc. for the contract price of $91,924.00 And at Oatt Prices
Bid (Plus Water Connections, Detours, Soundings, etc. $1650.00, plus Engineering
$7354.00 and plus Inspection $1838.00 by City Forces) such bid being the lowest and
said Fielding & Shepley, Inc..being the lowest reasonable and reliable bidder and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
