This property is located adjacent to the north side of W. 7th Street between Chestnut and Walnut and is also known as 245-247 W. 7tb Street. the zoning is Commercial. The property is presently vacant and has a frontage of 50' on W. 7th and the lot extends to the depth Of 165' . This lot will be used for an employee and customer parking lot incident to the restaurant which is located directly to the west. It will have a capacity of about 30 cars. The applicant has found it necessary to construct retaining walls at the boundaries of this property in order to make the land useable for parking purposes. Field investigation discloses no objection to this facility at this point on the basis of adjacent land use or traffic.
