• RESOLVED, That the Council he e• • approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for the Construction of a Recorder House
and Meter Installation at Kennard Street and Larpenteur Avenue, to KARL DBBOLPH
CCNST, CO. in accordance wf.th City plans and specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid #5969 of said Karl Dedolph Cont. Co. for the
contract price of $4475.00 (Plus Engineering $358.00 and plus Inspection $90.00
by City Forces) such bid being the lowest and said Karl Dedolph Conat. Co. being
the lowest reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials her y are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of
the City of St.Paul.
