which authorizes the heo. Lamm Brewing Co. to install a well
and well-house along the south side of Fauquier Street; and
WHEREAS, said well and well-house have never been
installed, and as we are advised by the attorneys for the afore-
mentioned Theo. Hamm Brewing Co. that the well has been located
on the brewery' s private property, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works is
hereby authorized and directed to notify the surety company, who
furnished the bond covering; maintenance of said well and well-
house, that said bond may be considered terminated as of August
24, 1956.

which authorizes the Theo, Hamm Brewing Co. to install a well
and well-house along the south side of Fauquier Street; and
WHEREAS, said well and well-house have never been
installed, and as we are advised by the attorneys for the afore=
mentioned Theo. Hamm Brewing Co. that the well has been located
on the brewery's private property, now, therefore, be it
