Cigarette No. 6969, all expiring April 29, 1957, Tavern and Dance Hall No. 8716,
and Nechanical Amusement Device Location No. 6970, expiring November 1, 1956, all
issued to Joseph and Patrick Valente at 269 West Seventh Street be and the same
are hereby revoked upon the recommendation of the Bureau of Police because of
the arrest of Kenneth Urman, an employe, on the charge of sale of 3.2 beer to a
minor, being sent to court thereon, pleading guilty thereto and sentenced to
$100.00 fine or 10 days, paying said fine.
