RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary to complete all of the work specified for the Purchase and
Removal of Dwelling, the removal of fence, miscellaneous concrete and debris,
also the filling of Basement, located at 1224 Goodrich Avenue, described as
Lot 1, Block 1, John L. Wilson's Woodcrest, St. Paul, Minnesota, to FRANK T.
STARRY in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal•Bid #5949 of said Frank T. Starkey, Bidder to pay City of St. Paul $2838.00,
such bid being the highest bid, and the Corporation Counsel be, and hereby is
authorized to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
of St. Paul.
