Kimmel for permit to establish and operate a used car lot on the property adjacent to the northwest corner of Arcade and Cottage. This property is des- cribed as lots 4, 5 and 6 - block 2 - King's Arcade Park Addition. The zoning is "commercial". Lots 4 and 5 of this property are vacant. Lot 6 is the site of a real estate office. The applicants propose to continue the present real estate office on lot 6 and have a used car lot operation on lot .4 and 5 with an office on lot 6. westerly This property has a frontage of 36' on Arcade and extends/a distance of 123.63' on Cottage. The applicant's plans meet existing standards. Access to this property will be from a paved 20' north-south alley adjacent to the westerly limits of this property. There will be one 20' opening from this alley. Field investigation discloses no objection to this activity from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic considerations.
