WHEREAS, on February 3, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #1Q-124,
said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building
monitoring fees re-invoiced (File No. VB09�7, AssessmentNo. 1Q8747); and
5 WHEREAS, the property at 88 Winifred Street West, being described as:

West St Paul Blks 1 Thru 99 Subj To Esmt The E 6o Ft Of W loo Ft Of Lots 1 And Lot 2 Blk 80;
9 with the property identification number 07-28-22-11-0153 was assessed an amount of $1,070 for collection
10 of delinquent vacant building monitoring fees; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
13 made in error.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interests.
