WHEREAS, on February 17, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File # 10-
190, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean-up on private property from
October 7 to 28, 2009. (File No. 70922A, Assessment No. 108781); and

5 WHEREAS, the property at 1203 Reaney Avenue, being described as:

E C Bowens Addition Lot 9 Blk l;
9 with the property identification number 28-29-22-44-0176 was assessed an amount of $391.00 for property
10 clean up; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the Department of
13 Safety and Inspections indicates that the property owner did not receive proper legal notification.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interest; and

18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $391.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #10-190 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
