1 WHEREAS, on February 17, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File # 10-
2 190, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for towing abandoned vehicle from private
3 property in June and July 2009. (File No. J0905V, Assessment No. 108780); and

5 WHEREAS, the property at 1450 Dale Street North, being described as:
6
Danforth Pazk Lot 58;
9 with the property identification number 24-29-23-23-0084 was assessed an amount of $469.23 for towing
10 abandoned vehicle; and
11
12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends referring the matter back to Legislative Hearing
13 on March 2, 2010 and City Council Public Hearing on Mazch 17, 2010.

IS THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Council File #10-190 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
