Grant variances on all the bedroom egress windows.
2. Appeal of Rainbow Restoration to the denial of a building permit to replace egress windows
for property at 970 Wilson Avenue.
Grant a 1.5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress bedroom window.
Appeal of Regal Remodelers, Inc. to the denial of a building permit to replace egress
windows for property at 1226 Seventh Street East.
Grant a 1-inch variance on the openable height of the egress bedroom window.
The Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed the following appeals and made her recommendations
priar to the hearings. The property owners were notified and did not appeu:
