Gentlemen:
On August 15, 1956, the Siegler Corporation of Centralia,
Illinois, through its representative Mr. W. E. Brymer of 5055
Nicollet Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota, made application for
a series of Siegler Wall Heaters, paying the $25.00 Filing Fee
required and receiving Receipt Number 1031.
Under date of September 18, 1956, we have received a
letter from the Siegler Corporation requesting that this filing
fee of $25.00 be refunded, since the series of gas heaters
for which they made application for approval was approved
January 20, 1956, after their making the necessary application
and paying the filing fee of $25.00 at that time.
Since this is a duplication in filing fees, it is requested
that you take the necessary steps to authorize a refund in the
amount of $25.00 to the Siegler Corporation, Centralia, Illinois.
