Gentlemen:
On July 18, 1956, Isadore Goldetsky and Sons of 1594
Hillcrest Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, made application for
and secured a building permit to erect an apartment building,
paying the $142.50 permit fee required, the application number
being 4807 and the permit number being C 35484.
Subsequently, the City revoked this permit, and Mr.
Goldetsky has taken a second permit to cover the work. As
a result, he has asked for a refund of the $142.50 paid for
the first permit.
Will you kindly prepare the necessary resolution which
will authorize this refund to Isadore Goldetsky and Sons in
the amount of $142.50.
