This is on the south side • of Marshall approximately a block west of Hemline and is • described as: 2' of lot 1 and all of lots 2,3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and E. 2 of lot 8 - block 1 - Boulevard Addition. The zoning is "Heavy Industry." The property is presently used for filling station purposes. The applicants propose to reconstruct and relocate an existing filling station on the property in accordance with existing standards. This will also involve the reconstruction of exist- ing driveways on Marshall Avenue in a manner so as to conform with the existing standards. The applicant's property involves a frontage of 252' along Marshall and extends easterly a depth of 136.26' . Field investigation discloses no objection from the standpoint of land use or traffic. In consideration of these factors the Zoning Board recommends this permit be granted in accordance with the applicant's plans approved November 26, 1956.
