Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
installing new ornamental lights on Fourth Street from Sibley Street to Broadway, the
lights to be mounted on standards; also installing new cables, conduits, pull boxes
and all other appurtenances necessary for a complete lighting install4tion, including
the removal of the existing light standards and foundations, being part of
tinder-Preliminary Order 171334 , approved December 21, 1954
Intermediary Order 172038 , approved February 23, 1955
Final Order 172358 , approved March 22, 1955
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
-- - the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the sane is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 213d`:
day of Jay , 19_17_, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
