Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 16, Desnoyer Park,
from Eustis St. to Curfew St. Also constructing a sewer from the alley to Desnoyer
Avenue in an easement to be obtained in, under and across the easterly l+ ft. of the
westerly 26 ft. of Lot 11, Block 16, Desnoyer Park,
under Preliminary Order 172011 , approved February 17, 1955
Intermediary Order 1726149 , approved April 12, 1955
Final Order 173036 , approved May 10, 1955
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 2nd
day of January , 19 57 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cogt thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
