Drainage of Pig 's Eye Lake Road from Station 4 to Station 29, A.J. Tschida Contracting Company, contractor, the specified date of completion is September 21, 1956 and WHEREAS, the contractor has prosecuted the work diligently but due to delay in the award of the contract until approval of dump site by adjoining property owners was secured, it was not possible to complete the contract until November 15, 1956, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the proper City officials be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute an amendment to said contract extending the time of completion to November 15, 1956, provided however, that this resolution shall have no force or effect unless the sureties on the contractor's bond consent thereto and file such consent in writing with the City Comptroller, and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul hereby waives all claim for liquidated damages and that no engineering and inspection costs on this project will be charged by the City on account of such extended period. __ Council rut No. 150 --By Frank D.j Marcitelli Whereas, the matter of 59 fir, and Drainage ofs a Lake Road from Station;-4 to S�n 29, A.
