WHEREAS, Addi ens which might prove to be necessary in the
improvement described as the Grading and Drainage of Pig 's Eye
Lake Road from Station 4 to Station 29, Contract "A",
Comptroller's Contract L-5759, A.J. Tschida Contracting Co. ,
contractor, have been provided for in the specifications at unit
prices stipulated herein, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following
ADDITIONS:
498 Cu.Yds Removal of Debris & Ditch Excavation @ 0.95 473.10
5,779 " . ” Compacted Embankment
(truck measurement ) @ 0.83 4,796.57
Total Addition $ 5,269.67
WHEREAS, The total net Addition is $5,269.67, now
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council
approves the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the spec-
ifications in the sum of $5;269 .67, said sum to be added to the lump
um consideration named in the contract, known as Comptroller's
9ntr-act L-5759, for the making of the above improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above
named contractor that the sum of $5,269.67 is the correct amount
to be ,added to the above contract.
