1 WHEREAS, on August 5, 2009, the City Council adopted C.F. #09-843, said Resolution being the
2 approval of the decision of the Legislative Hearing Officer to an Order to Remove or Repair the property at
3 445 Page Street; and

5 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended granting one hundred-eighty (180) days for the
6 rehabilitation of the building; and

WHEREAS, on February 9, 2010, the appellant contacted the Legislative Hearing Officer requesting an
additional extension of time for the completion of the work; and

1 I WHEREAS, the Legislative Heazing Officer is recommending granting an additional ninety (90) days for
12 the completion of the work.

14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that C.F. #09-843 is amended to reflect an additional grant of
15 time for ninety (90) days to complete the rehabilitation for property at 445 Page Street.
