City of St. Paul
Gentlemen:
Please institute condemnation action against the buildings
at 440 Fulton Street, described as Lot 20, Block 1, Rogers
& Coleman's Subdivision of Block 22, Stinson, Brown & Ram-
sey's Addition.
The dwelling is one story frame, 28 by 40, damaged by
vandals, plaster loose and falling, joists rotted, windows
broken. The shed, chicken coop and outhouse in the rear
yard are structurally unsafe also. All these buildings
should be wrecked and removed as they are dangerous to
life, limb, and adjoining property.
The last known record owner is August Ruprecht, 440 Fulton
Street, deceased. Danger Notices have been posted on the
buildings.
Please set a hearing date in accordance with Section 107.2
of the Building Code.
Yours truly,
• ''
