• RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract for the Construction of a Sewer on Barclay Street from
0 Arlington to 8301 N. of Ivy Avenue, to WEBSTER CONRANi in accordance with City plans
and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6058 of said Webster
Company for the contract price of $3526.00 (plus Engineering $212.00 and plus
Inspection $71.00 by City Forces) such bid being the only bid and said Webster Company
being the lowest reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper
City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City 1
of St. Paul.
