RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the Grading of Wilson Avenue from Ruth
Street to W.L. of Sun-Ray Terrace (except work to be done by City Forces) , and
for the construction of the Wilson Howard Sewer System to PETER LANETTI
CONSTRUCTION CO. in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid #6057 of said Peter Lametti Construction Co. for the
contract price of $37,342.22_(plus Engineering $2241.00 and plus Inspection
• $747.00 by City forces) such bid being the lowest and said Peter Lametti
Construction Co. being the lowest reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of St.Paul.
