RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor,
materials and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to furnishing
and installing new Fluorescent Lighting Fixtures in Rear Room of Purchasing
Department, 254 City Hall, to HOFFM&NN LIGHTING & ELECTRIC CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid #6039 of said Hoffmann Lighting & Electric
Construction Company at a contract price of $1374.00, such bid being the
lowest and said Hoffmann Lighting and Electric Construction Company being
the lowest reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be
and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and
the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of St. Pauli
