Walden be paid the sum of $1,012.00 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund, in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul resulting from his injury of January 6, 1956, while employed by the Department of Public Works, whereby he suffered 100 per cent permanent partial disability to the fourth finger of his right hand, or 20 weeks of total disability, and a permanent partial disability of the third finger of his right hand of 80 per cent of 25 weeks of total disability, or 20 weeks, and an additional 15 per cent of 40 weeks of total disability for multiple injuries of two or more members, or 6 weeks, being a total of 46 weeks at $40.00 per week, or $1840.00, less $828.00 which has been paid to Mr. Walden in partial settlement, or $1012.00, to be paid at the rate of $40.00 per week at intervals of four weeks, commencing October 8, 1956. �V 2 3 1956 COUNCILMEN Adopted by the Council 195_ Yeas Nays DeCourcy i3�, ` , Holland Approved 195_ o mson In Favor Mayor Rosen Against Ms. res#sk.t (Peterson) W. Fink, Atty. , 285 Endicott on Robert, St. Paul 1, which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the single family frame dwelling on the West 30 feet of the East 85 feet of Lot 4, Block 22, E. H. Hawke's Subdivision to Winslow's Addition to the Town of St. Paul, Minne- sota, also known as 419 Superior Street, as published in the official paper. No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehear- ing of the condemnation proceedings and the building has not been removed. Please proceed with the condem- nation action which will authorize the Commissioner of Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the building thereon, and do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining property.
