RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering
to the Bureau of Municipal Equipment, 891 North Dale Street, St. Paul,
Minnesota, Two Highway Equipment Co. Model "E" motor•driven Material Spreaders,
to WM, H. ZIEGLER CO., INC in accordance with City specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6030 of said Wm. H. Ziegler Co., Inc. for
the contract price of $6410.00, such bid being the only one and said Wm. H.
Ziegler Co., Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be, and hereby is authorized to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor and the. proper City officials are hereby directed to execute said contract
