This property is described as lots 5 and 6 and the west 8' of lot 4 - block 12 - Lane's Highland Park.Addition. The zoning is "C" residence. The Council, on February 18, 1956, issued a permit for an 18-car parking lot on this same property. Subsequent to that time the applicants have elected to construct a 20- unit apartment building and, therefore, this permit would have the effect of permitting the addition of two more parking spaces for this same proposal. Field investigation discloses no objection or any change in the original proposal which the Council granted February 18, 1956.
