RESOLVED, that First State Bank of St. Paul be permitted to
install and operate a parking lot for customers and employees and a
drive-in teller on the east 8 feet of Lot 18 and all of Lots 19, 20,
21, 22, Block 14, Arlington Hills Addition, in accordance with appli-
cant's plans approved April 5, 1956, subject to compliance with
the provisions of all ordinances governing the operation of parking
lots, and subject further to the condition that the sidewalks abutting
said premises be kept clean and free of ice and snow at all times.
