Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-337 was awarded to the Elling Nursery
for Planting of Trees and Shrubs, Grading, Fertilizing and
Seeding for a Playground Area located on Kennard Street
between Ivy Avenue and Cottage Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota.
Relative to this contract, certain trees which the
Contractor provided are undersize, and he has offered a
credit in the amount of $38.00 as an allowance for these
undersized trees, this amount being a reasonable sum.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council accepting a credit in the amount of $38.00
to contract number G-337.
