Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-330 was awarded to the Kehne Electric
Company for Electrical Construction on the Municipal Stadium.
During the course of the work under this contract, it has
been found necessary to install additional conduit and wire
to change the feed for rooms 42, 43, 47 and 48 from panel
3 to panel 2, and at the request of the Commissioner of
Libraries, Auditorium and Museums, negotiations have been
conducted with the Contractor who agrees to make this change
and addition for the additional sum of $70.00 which is a
reasonable amount for the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council which will authorize an addition in the amount
of $70.00 to contract number G-330 for the above listed work.
