and hereby awards contract for famishing all labor, materials and services necessary

miscellaneous concrete and &ibrin located at 419 Superior Street, described as West 30 feet
of the East 85 feet of Lot 4, BlOck 22, B. H. Hawke's Subdivision of iiinslows Addition to
the Town of Saint Paul, Saint Pauli, Minnesota, to TIME CRANE SERVICE COMPANY in accer dance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6158 of said Truck
Crane Service Coapany,City to Pay Contractor $350.00, such bid being the lowest and said
Truck Crane Service Company being the lowest reliable and reasonable bidder and the Corporatids
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are uthorised to execute said contract on behalf of the City

the Town of Saint Paul, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to TRUCK CRANE SERVICE COMPANY in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6158 of said Truck
Crane Service Company'City to Pay Contractor $354.44, such bid being the lowest and said
Truck Crane Service Company being the lowest reliable and reasonable bidder and the Corporat
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
of St. Paul.
