Whereas, In connection with the improvement of Shepard
Road from Elm Street to Otto Avenue, it has been necessary to
make surveys, take brings, prepare plans, and to construct
certain work not pro ided for under the various contracts,
including temporary Surfacing of existing streets to maintain
traffic, together with other miscellaneous items of cost;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and .
he is herein authorized to proceed with such work, with City
Forces, in accordance with the standard paving and other
specifications, at an estimated cost of $19,500.00, said work
to be charged to Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund Code
3001 said fund to be reimbursed from City's share of Local
Improvements Fund Code 31-E-1, and an itemized statement of
cost to be prepared •nd kept on file in the department during
the progress of said work.
