Under date of January 7, a printed copy of C. F. 180943
was mailed to
Eleanore Mogren, 2116 Carter Avenue, St. Paul 8;
Ed Mogren, Mogren & O'Donnell, New York Building;
Phillips Petroeum Co. , 245 E. Fillmore Ave. ;
Mary Wazlewik, 952 Farrington St., St. Paul 3
which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the
frame building and an ice house on Lot 1, Block 1, Front
Street Addition, and Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Courtland
Addition, also known as 332 Front Avenue, as published in
the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the buildings have not
been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action
which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds
And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck
and remove the buildings and do any and all things necessary
for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining property.
