RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards Contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwelling
with attached garage, removal of retaining wall, miscellaneous concrete;
fences and debris located at 1468 Selby Avenue, described as Lot 3, Block 8
Boulevard Addition, St. Pau , Minnesota, to E. O. MALL & SONS in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6154 of
said E. O. Hall & Sons, City to pay Contractor $335.00, such bid being the lowest
and said E. 0. Hall & Sons being the lowest reliable and reasonable bidder and
the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorised to execute
said contract on behalf of _,e City of St Paul.
