Ry. tracks (85 feet south of the center line of Ross Street, vacated) to Hawthorne Avenue, including the construction of new or the reconstruction of conduits, pull boxes, cables and other , appurtenances, where necessary, under Preliminary Order 1/1055._.t_.., Intermediary Order 17'2318 , Final Order 172618 approved April 12_, 19. 55 A public hearing having been had pon the assessment for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the C uneil, and having been considered finally satisfactory, be it therefore RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court of the County of Ramsey for confirmation.
