RESOLVED, that Forrest 1,ntonsen be paid the sum of $1,345.50
out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund in
full settlement of his, claim against the City of Saint Paul for
compensation resulting', from his injury of March 12, 1956, while
in the employ of the Department of Public Works, whereby he
suffered a permanent partial disability of his right index finger
of 60 per cent of 40 weeks total disability, or 24 weeks, and a
permanent partial disability of his right second finger of 15 per
cent of 35 weeks of total disability, or 54 weeks, plus an
additional 15% of 294 weeks of total permanent partial disability,
for multiple injuries bf two or more members, or 4.3875 weeks,
being a total of 33.6374 weeks at the rate of $40.00 per week, or
