The Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed the following appeals and made her recommendations
prior to the hearing. The property owners were notified and did not appear:
1. Appeal of Michael Stroozas, Midwest Investments, to the denial of a building permit to
replace egress windows for property at 653 Burr Street.
Grant a 2-inch variance on the opening width of the egress replacement bedroom window in the
building.
Appeal of Lance Molby to a Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List for property at 1950
Grand Avenue.
Grant a 1,5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress bedroom windows throughout the
building.
3. Appeal of Philip Littlefield to a Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List for property at 851
Frv Street.
Grant a 4-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in the south bedroom in Unit
1. The east bedroom egress windows in Unit 1 are in compliance.
4. Appeal of Steven Dropkin to a Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List for property at 486
