26, 2010 decision of the Legislative Heazing Officer for Appeals to Letters of Certificate of Occupancy
Deficiency Lists and Denial of Building Permits to Replace Egress Windows for the following addresses:

The Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed the following appeals and made her recommendations
prior to the hearing. The property owners were notified and did not appear:
Appeal of Diane Peltzer to a Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List for property at 1862-
1864 Davton Avenue.
Grant a 1.5-inch variance on the openable height of the egess bedroom windows throughout the
building.
2. Appeal of Finbarr McCarthy to the denial of a building permit to replace egress windows for
property at 887 Lakeview Avenue.
Grant a 5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress double-hung replacement bedroom
windows throughout the building.
3. Appeal of Sela Roofing & Remodeling to the denial of a building permit to replace egress
windows for property at 800 Hazelwood Street.
Grant a 6-inch variance on the openable height of the egress double-hung replacement bedroom
windows throughout the building.
4. Appeal of VIP Properties to a Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List for property at 1509
