WHEREAS, Provision has been made under Chapter 144, Laws
of 1953, for the re onveyance of a portion of the tax-forfeited
lands acquired for ublic use, when such portions are no longer re-
quired;
RESOLVED That it having been shown to the Council that
a portion of the premises acquired under State Deed No. 97034,
dated January 30, 1953, which portion is described as:
(except the west 5140 feet of the north 800 feet)
the west i of the Southeast . of Section 2, Town-
ship 28 North, Range 22 West,
is no longer required for public use, the proper city officials are
hereby authorized to reconvey said portion to the State of Minnesota
in trust as provided in Minnesota Statutes Annotated, Section 281.25.
