WHEREAS , Bernard M. Troje, Executive Secretary
of the City and County Detention and Workhouse Facility
Commission, has recommended to the City Council the payment
of the attached bill of Northern States Power Company in
the amount of $400.00, which billing is for the installation
of two poles and necessary wires on the property of the
Detention Home, and ' ontemplates further installations by
Northern States Powe Company along North Kent Street which
will connect with th aforementioned installations on the
Detention Home prope ty, the cost of the installation along
Kent Street to be boirne by Northern States Power Company;
Now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby
authorized and instructed to pay the attached bill in the
amount of $400.00 to Northern States Power Company.
